Payment Process

FAQ

1.     Do you have a showroom?

A.      Yes, why not come and meet us face to face. We have a large showroom at 20 Brown Lane West, Holbeck,  Leeds, LS11 0DN. If there is anything in particular please ring before hand as not every item is displayed, but we do have 30 displays ranging from whirlpool baths, fitted furniture, a huge range of pottery and enclosures. Opening times are Mon-Fri 09.00 AM – 17.00pm. Appointments can be arranged if necessary.

 

      2. Can I collect my order?

        A. You can choose to collect your goods from our warehouse which is located on 20 Brown Road West, Leeds, Ls11 0DN saving you money or delivery charges. Not all items are held in our showroom warehouse, so we may need to have this sent from one of our other warehouses to the showroom for collection.

     3. What is the standard delivery time?

      A.  Small items usually take between 3-5 working days from receipt of order and large items between 2-10 working days. We will contact you prior to delivery arranging a delivery day/providing a tracking number. We strongly advise that you do not book a plumber until your goods have been received as we are not liable for any plumber’s costs or compensation in any way.

    4. Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?

     A. Yes, call the showroom between 09.00am and 17.oopm Mon to Fri and speak to one of our members of staff. Alternatively email us, emails are answered within a couple of hours. Any emails received outside of the showroom times will be answered the next working day.

    6. What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

     A. You can return the item if you have a change of mind for any reason.  Please email us at info@designabathrooms.co.uk or by sending us written notice of cancelation to: Designa Bathrooms, 20 Brown Lane West, Holbeck, Leeds, LS11 0DN, quoting your order/reference number. When you receive confirmation of the cancelled order please return the item back to us within seven days of receiving the goods. All goods, must be returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging. We cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. We are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return.

  7. How do I cancel an order?

You will need to email us at info@designabathrooms.co.uk. You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then your order has not been cancelled.

  8. Where can I find the dimensions for a product?

   A.  All dimensions for products are detailed on the item description under details. If there is any misunderstanding please don’t hesitate in emailing us or calling us for additional information.
